Quit your whining.

Ok, so here's my thing. I hate J Street just as much as the next person. I think the food is terrible, the service is horrendous, and the prices are too expensive.

But we spend too much time and energy focusing on this. Last month, GWBlogspot decided to waste some time, and ask the candidates for SA office some questions. One was:
This student not only addresses your agenda, if elected to the SA, but also what leverage you think the SA has in determining dining options?
And then 11 of the candidates responded...all saying basically saying the same thing.

"If elected to the SA I will fight to fix J Street!"

Well, I say, suck it up. As a junior, I don't get any J Street money...and I'm broke. I would LOVE to get $700 to spend there. So, next time you think that, aww, this food isn't good enough for me...remember it's food.

Some of us are stuck eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for three meals a day.

Nick Fabiani writes another post that's a simple waste of bandwidth, straight to the trashcan..

they don't "get" $700, they are forced to spend $700 at J St. Its not free money coming out of nowhere.

Am I wrong about this but if you eat in J Street and use your GWorld you do not have to pay taxes??
