Open Thread: What are you thinking about the Boyer situation?

The polls (on the left) are pretty split so far on the Kyle Boyer situation. Curious -- what are people thinking? Why was or wasn't the JEC right? Why should or shouldn't Kyle Boyer appeal? This is an open thread...

Kyle should appeal to the fullest extent of the SA Constitution and bylaws.

It's his right to do so, and the court's right to overturn the JEC's ruling if he presents sufficient evidence.

What "evidence" could be presented?

Unless there is evidence that he did report all of these expenditures and he was still under the spending limit, then there would be no reason to reverse the decision.

He has a right to appeal, sure, but there's no point.

who cares...the actual times that I sincerely voted and contributed my effort to the campaigns it turned up to crap. Both candidates suck/are awesome ...nothing will happen...nothing will chance...and it's petty to talk about car parking and all this drama about something that will just be forgotten and will have no impact whatsoever. JStreet sucks, no advisers, no GCR changes, no free printing, no Metro card, no money for groups...why the f**k are we even discussing this? I think all the students should just not vote and walk away...do something productive with your free time.
