Open Thread: What are you thinking about the Boyer situation?
The polls (on the left) are pretty split so far on the Kyle Boyer situation. Curious -- what are people thinking? Why was or wasn't the JEC right? Why should or shouldn't Kyle Boyer appeal? This is an open thread...
Unless there is evidence that he did report all of these expenditures and he was still under the spending limit, then there would be no reason to reverse the decision.
He has a right to appeal, sure, but there's no point.

Kyle should appeal to the fullest extent of the SA Constitution and bylaws.
It's his right to do so, and the court's right to overturn the JEC's ruling if he presents sufficient evidence.
What "evidence" could be presented?
